Considerations

The older version of myself enjoys spending quality time with people that matter to me, Cecil 1.0 only cared about his career and its progression. This brings about an interesting question i know a lot of people battle with,

How do you balance it ?

Well here are a few considerations i made to achieve my best balance

1. Build a competent team

As an entrepreneur in a creative faculty the journey is in part defined by the team you surround yourself with, You can relinquish smaller rudimentary tasks that increase your workload by filling the gaps with top staffing choices.

2. Automate when necessary

Automate repetitive tasks this ultimately leaves you with more time to spend planning or organising your personal life

3. Plan Ahead

Visualising milestones and setting up of a family calendar helps put perspective over all activities within the year that are mandatory for attendance, anything outside of those dates is subject to discretion.

In Conclusion

i obviously haven’t exhausted all ways in which to achieve balance these are just my most basic ones, more to come soon stay tuned 😉
